1. Perishable Goods
All cakes and baked goods are made to order and perishable, which means we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered or picked up.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Changes: Any changes to your order (e.g., flavour, design, delivery time) must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
No refund for cancellations made more than 2 hours of purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a cake that is:

Incorrect (wrong flavor, size, or design)
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
